The Foundation of Possibility Thinking!

Nothing is impossible! That's a biological truth! God's omnipotent design of the human body continues to confound science with it ability to both harbor new diseases, and to our good fortune, heal itself from the same. Bearing a cross, meeting a dilemma, facing a challenge occurs when we come to point on the road where good opportunity and trial meet: a cross road. It is said of the Cross; "It is the place where good and evil meet." Our great example is Christ and His way of thinking and believing for good!

Operant psychology holds that we learn through repeated pairings of environmental stimulus followed by human response. That's encouraging and empowering science God placed in us! It opens the door to the truth that we can deliberately arrange environment, rituals, and conditions to produce desired results. Nothing is impossible!

Switch it Up!
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten. Cross training occurs when instead of staying on the same path and doing the same thing, the body, mind and spirit does something - - different! Rejoice in the confusion! In fitness, we confound the body's adaptation response to continued stimulus of the same type by "switching it up." The body, like the mind, gets bored doing the same thing all the time. A good trainer will shock his/her client's body by introducing either a new level of intensity to the workout, a new and unfamiliar exercise, or even both at the same time. Thus, new cellular responses and new muscle growth and new aerobic thresholds are created. Our ability to endure improves. As a client, what you endured as difficult and uncomfortable, came to benefit the new and improved you. Behold! We have taken a negative stimulus and used it for good!

Stretch yourself to new heights!
God has ordained that growth occurs best is loose soil. The combination of the elements in earth, loosely compacted to allow the elements air and water to pass through creates the ideal environment for new growth. In learning, in getting better in health, in spirit, let's be loose earth!

"We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.!"
